updated T3W2 schedule:
our LOA will be from
1.45pm instead of 1pm. Also, reporting time for Mon (6 Jul, Youth Day holiday) is
7.30 am. Remind all to
bring thermometer as we have to take temperature before moving instruments
Mon (6 Jul): Report at M401 by 7.30am. Take temperature, move instruments and arrange chairs in audi by 8.45am. Technical run at audi from 9am-1pm. Lunch from 1-2pm. Dazu at M401 from 2-5pm.
Tues (7 Jul): LOA at 1.45pm, move instruments and set up chairs by 2.15pm. Full run of concert 1st half at 2.30pm. (Percussion can move instruments during break time)
Wed (8 Jul): LOA at 1.45pm, dazu at M401
Thurs (9 Jul): LOA at 1.45pm, dazu at M401
Fri: (10 Jul): LOA at 1.45pm, full-dress rehearsal (be in full CO uniform and court shoes) at 2.30pm. No need for makeup. Set up stage during lunch, before 2.30pm.
Sat (11 Jul): Comm nominating session at 11.30am (have lunch at home), matinee performance at 2.30pm, evening performance at 7.30pm. Dinner provided.
